DAC Beachcroft seeks a Reward & Benefits Manager to own the reward, benefits and wellbeing proposition. Lead governance, market insight and data-driven decisions, partnering with senior stakeholders to advance the people strategy across the business.

The role is fixed-term for 2 years with flexible hours and the option for full or part-time work. Based in Birmingham, you’ll influence major remuneration initiatives and DEI analytics.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in reward and benefits leadership.
• Proven ability to benchmark salaries and analyse market data.
• Experience with gender pay reporting and DEI analytics.

Responsabilités

• Develop and govern reward frameworks, salary structures and policies.
• Provide market insight and data-driven recommendations to leaders.
• Own reward reporting, analytics and workforce intelligence.
• Lead gender pay gap reporting and pay equity analysis.
• Manage and enhance benefits, pension and wellbeing programmes.
• Deliver reward transformation initiatives with strong governance.
