Job summary

DAC Beachcroft LLP seeks a commercially minded Financial Controller to lead day-to-day financial operations in a senior capacity. The role reports to leadership and partners with stakeholders to drive performance and informed decision-making.

You will drive monthly/annual reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, while strengthening financial controls, treasury, and team development in a remote-working environment across England and Wales.

Qualifications

• Qualified accounting/finance professional with senior experience in a leadership role.
• Strong grasp of UK GAAP, IFRS and statutory reporting.
• Ability to translate complex financial data for non-financial stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting with department heads.
• Maintain internal controls and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and treasury activities.
• Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and banks.
• Develop and coach the finance team.
