Job summary

LRQA is seeking a Resource Scheduler in the UK to coordinate skilled resources across client engagements. You will ensure requirements are understood, resources allocated correctly and records kept up to date.

Collaborating with Resource Management, Account Management and Delivery teams, you will support utilisation, order-book conversion and delivery readiness while maintaining a consistent client experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in resource scheduling, project coordination, workforce planning or a comparable operational role.
• Strong organisation, prioritisation and time-management skills, with the ability to manage competing requests and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence working with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to interpret resource requirements and match work to the appropriate skills and availability.
• Experience maintaining accurate records and handling confidential or commercially sensitive information.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Experience using CRM, scheduling or resource-management systems.
• Knowledge of URS or D365 is desirable.
• Experience within cybersecurity or professional services is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Resource Scheduling and Delivery Readiness: Confirm required skills, availability, location and client requirements before allocating resources.
• Process resource allocation requests within internal service levels and assign resources with the appropriate capability.
• Monitor project timelines, bookings and delivery readiness, escalating risks promptly.
• Coordinate authorisations, purchase orders and documentation before delivery starts.
