Job summary

DrPA Secure is seeking a Resourcing & Rota Coordinator (GPs) to plan, build and manage rotas across multiple secure sites in the UK, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective GP deployment.

You will partner with GPs, sites and HR to drive compliance checks, onboarding, and timely rota updates, while maintaining a ready pipeline of candidates and aligning staffing with service demand and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in rota coordination across multiple sites.
• Strong analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and rota management or ATS systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to balance priorities and work under pressure.
• High level of discretion and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain and optimize rotas across multiple sites.
• Manage stakeholder relationships with GPs and sites.
• Serve as first point of contact for GP queries and concerns.
• Coordinate with Recruitment, HR and operations to onboard new staff.
• Ensure compliance, right to work checks and onboarding procedures.
• Monitor GP satisfaction and escalate issues to leadership.
• Maintain accurate workforce records and reporting for governance.
