Job summary

Loreburn Housing Association is seeking a Home Based Repairs Scheduler to join our In-House Repairs Team. You’ll be the first point of contact for tenants, scheduling works, tracking progress, and ensuring cost-effective maintenance across our homes in Dumfries & Galloway, with regular regional travel.

The role is remote with some travel, 35 hours per week, 12-month fixed term. Strong customer service, organisational, and ICT skills are essential, and a driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Strong commitment to excellent service delivery.
• Highly organised approach with good time management.
• ICT proficient, particularly across Microsoft packages.

Responsibilities

• Respond to enquiries from tenants and book repairs.
• Plan and schedule works; prepare trades for visits.
• Take ownership of issues and provide first-point solutions.
• Update HomeMaster and Oneserve with jobs and communications.
