Job summary

Enhesa is seeking a Training Manager to shape and improve its training and eLearning offerings for external customers. You will oversee content quality, learning objectives, and course structure across chemicals management, product compliance and sustainability.

Working with Sales and Marketing teams, you will ensure the portfolio remains relevant, accurate and aligned with customer needs, while leveraging AI tools to enhance content development and learner engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years' experience in training programme management or related fields.
• Ability to turn technical topics into clear, structured training material.
• Experience with online training platforms and eLearning authoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify new topics and content gaps with subject matter experts and external stakeholders.
• Own and maintain the training content plan, ensuring alignment with customer needs and regulatory priorities.
• Develop course outlines, learning objectives and supporting materials for courses.
• Translate expert input into practical, learner-focused materials and eLearning content.
• Host online training courses and support platform setup and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to position and promote the training portfolio.
