  • Develop and maintain course outlines, learning objectives and supporting materials, ensuring content is accurate, current and appropriate for the target audience.
  • Maintain and develop content within the Professional Development membership programme, ensuring it remains current and aligned with customer needs.
  • Review course performance, customer feedback and market developments to identify opportunities for new courses and programme growth.
  • Coordinate training schedules, resources and delivery workflows, working closely with production and operations colleagues, and support Sales and Marketing with the positioning and promotion of the training portfolio.
  • Monitor participation, feedback and performance indicators to drive continuous improvement and maintain quality standards.
  • Support live conferences and related event activities as required.

  • Gather feedback on trainers and training content to inform future improvements.

  • Use departmental tools and processes, including Rise, Cvent and other online learning platforms, to create and update training materials and eLearning courses.
  • Host online training courses and support platform set-up, content upload and basic troubleshooting where required, working closely with the Events Technical Team to ensure high-quality delivery and learner experience.
  • Maintain high standards of accessibility, branding, quality and usability, using AI tools appropriately to support content development and continuous improvement.
