Job summary

Consensus is seeking a Learning & Development Business Partner to lead induction programmes and craft engaging training for colleagues. You will ensure the regulatory induction framework is applied and supported across services, delivering value through development packages and ongoing professional growth.

The role requires a Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care, field-based work readiness, and strong training delivery and coaching skills.

Qualifications

Minimum Level 3 qualification or equivalent in Health and Social Care.
Learner-centric approach with strong training delivery skills.
Comfortable with field-based work and a dispersed team.
Commercial awareness of Adult Social Care / Learning Disability regulations.
Demonstrates understanding of the regulatory landscape through training delivery.
Effective coaching skills to feedback on regulatory training and development.
Knowledge of learning and development theory and applicable models.
It literate in IT, including Excel, Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

Deliver the induction programme to new colleagues and support their regulatory induction framework.
Develop and deliver creative, engaging training packages to enhance performance.
Collaborate with Area Directors and Service Managers to grow internal and external networks.
Keep all mandatory and trainer updates up to date and certify qualifications.
Build excellent relationships with stakeholders and adapt to changing plans.
