Job summary

Voyage Care is seeking an enthusiastic Internal Trainer to join our Learning & Development team. You will develop skills, confidence and knowledge across the organisation through delivering engaging training programmes, including both classroom and remote delivery.

The role includes supporting inductions and mandatory training, creating updated learning materials and collaborating with subject matter experts to identify needs.

Qualifications

• Qualified trainer with delivery experience across classroom and remote settings.
• Experience delivering training programmes to a range of audiences.
• Knowledge of learning methods and assessment techniques.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organisational and IT skills, including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging classroom and virtual training sessions to colleagues across the business.
• Support induction programmes, mandatory training and specialist learning initiatives.
• Create and update learning materials to remain current with legislation and best practice.
• Work with operational teams to identify learning needs.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and improve learner experience.
• Provide advice and support on training and development matters.
• Develop innovative learning solutions to support the growing organisation.
