Job summary

Nobel Biocare seeks a Regional Sales Support Representative (RSSR) to drive growth by generating qualified sales appointments and supporting field sales at events and tradeshows. You will manage territories, perform outbound lead generation, funnel management, appointment scheduling, and sales-related activities.

Responsibilities include qualifying leads via CRM, coordinating with Field Sales, meeting KPIs, and supporting shows and education events across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Qualify leads via CRM and set quality appointments for Field Sales Reps to achieve targets.
• Maintain communication with field sales to ensure seamless transition of leads/opportunities.
• Meet with manager daily, monthly, and quarterly to review KPIs.
• Create new sales opportunities through in-person cold calling, social media and phone prospecting.
• Attend, support, and sell at trade shows, school fittings, and continuing education events.
