Job summary

Orascoptic, part of Envista, seeks a Regional Sales Support Representative to drive growth by generating qualified appointments and supporting field sales at events.

You will qualify leads, manage territories, perform outbound prospecting, maintain KPI-driven performance, and assist at tradeshows and continuing education events across the GB. English + Spanish communication is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required;Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of related work experience with customer interaction.
• Inside or outside sales experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Qualify leads via CRM and set quality appointments for Field Sales Reps.
• Maintain open communication with the field sales team for seamless handoffs.
• Meet with manager daily, monthly and quarterly to review KPIs.
• Create new opportunities via in-person cold calling, social media, and phone prospecting.
• Attend, support, and sell at trade shows, school fittings and continuing education events.
• Provide sales consultations and post-sales service by phone and in person.
