Job summary

ROSE & YOUNG RECRUITMENT LTD is looking for a Regional Sales Manager covering South London and the South East. The role is remote and full-time, focusing on managing client relationships, identifying new business, and driving sales in the region.

The role includes delivery and installation of sold equipment, frequent travel (approx. 2 nights per week), and collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet targets.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in B2B sales and territory management.
• Experience within the Automotive sector is preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organised with good diary management.
• Self-motivated and target-driven with remote working capability.
• Willingness to travel within the Southwest (Oxfordshire, Wales, Devon, Cornwall) and stay away approx. 2 nights/week.
• Able to lift 30/40kg equipment.
• Independent and proactive when working remotely.
