Job summary

Babington is seeking a Regional Business Development Manager to drive growth in Yorkshire. You will pursue new business opportunities, cultivate strategic partnerships, and expand existing client relationships with a consultative sales approach.

You’ll engage with organisations of all sizes, promoting apprenticeships as valuable solutions aligned to business goals. A driving licence and travel across the region are required, with a focus on results and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B and/or B2C sales within training or apprenticeships.
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets and winning new business.
• Experience managing and growing client accounts.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities across SME and corporate markets.
• Develop and execute regional engagement and sales plans to generate leads and apprenticeship opportunities.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline to achieve revenue targets.
• Deliver a consultative sales approach, tailoring apprenticeship solutions to client needs.
• Demonstrate return on investment and business impact of apprenticeship programmes.
• Provide expert advice on apprenticeships, including funding and levy guidance.
