Job summary

Find Recruitment Group LTD in Leeds is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to drive apprenticeship growth with national employers. You will develop strong relationships with new and existing clients and identify opportunities to cross-sell training solutions.

You will build and nurture partnerships through outbound activity, maintaining accurate CRM data and delivering excellent service across the employer journey.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales, business development or account management.
• Experience in apprenticeship or training provider sector preferred.
• Proven track record with B2B clients.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable with outbound prospecting and cold calling.

Responsibilities

• Generate apprenticeship learner starts through proactive business development and sales activity.
• Prospect and engage new employers, including outbound calls.
• Build and manage long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
• Achieve agreed activity, revenue and apprenticeship start targets.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional training and development solutions.
• Understand employer workforce needs and match them with suitable programmes.
• Support employers through eligibility, onboarding and compliance.
• Maintain up-to-date client and activity information in the CRM.
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the employer journey.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transition from sale to delivery.
