Job summary

Provenir Inc. is seeking a resourceful Business Operations Manager to partner with senior leadership in building an early-stage SaaS company for the Fraud & Financial Crime market. You’ll turn ideas into action across commercial, analysis, coordination and day-to-day operations.

The role evolves as the company grows, offering increasing ownership and responsibility, with a hands-on, adaptable approach and strong execution across Sales, Product and Delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business operations, startup operations or comparable roles.
• Experience in an early-stage or fast-growing technology business, ideally B2B SaaS.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with data, spreadsheets and presentations.
• Excellent organization, communication and follow-through.
• Comfort using CRM systems, project management platforms and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Translate leadership priorities into actionable plans with timelines and deliverables.
• Own projects from ideation to completion.
• Prepare research, analyses, presentations and briefing materials to support decisions.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product, Technology and Delivery to align milestones and actions.
• Develop dashboards and trackers to monitor priorities, progress and spending.
