Provenir is seeking a resourceful Business Operations Manager to work with senior leadership in building an early-stage SaaS company delivering an Agentic AI platform for the Fraud & Financial Crime market. You will turn ideas into action, solve operational problems and keep critical priorities moving.

This role blends analysis with execution, offering growing ownership as the company scales; you will own projects end-to-end, drive workflow improvements, coordinate Finance, HR and Legal, and

Qualifications

Proven record in business operations, startup or consulting roles.
Experience in an early-stage technology business, ideally B2B SaaS.
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.
Excellent communication and follow-through.

Responsibilities

Translate leadership priorities into actionable plans with timelines.
Own projects from concept to completion and coordinate stakeholders.
Prepare research, analyses, and briefing materials to support decisions.
Develop dashboards and workflows to improve visibility and efficiency.
Support commercial growth through proposal coordination and CRM oversight.
