Zusammenfassung

Provenir is seeking a Senior PreSales Consultant who is a customer-facing technologist and who will partner with the company’s commercial teams to sell Provenir’s latest Agentic AI platform.

The role is to understand the customer’s business challenges and use expert knowledge of the platform from a business and technical perspective to deliver a compelling proposition with strong emphasis on the value that can be delivered.

Qualifikationen

• Experience supporting and collaborating with sales teams in software/vendor or consulting environments.
• Current experience in Fraud and Financial Crime, preferably in financial services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• Strong collaboration, trust-building and stakeholder management.
• Excellent planning, organization and ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated team player who can also work independently.
• Demonstrates intellectual curiosity and eagerness to learn.

Aufgaben

• Partner with sales, product, professional services, and data science to shape solution strategies.
• Create compelling demonstrations and presentations tailored to client challenges.
• Support the sales cycle with Q&A sessions and workshops.
• Develop design and architecture workshops to define solution blueprints.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align proposals with implementation plans.
• Build and maintain demonstration environments for industry use cases.
• Deliver webinars, conferences, and speaking engagements on fraud and financial crime.
• Develop tailored demonstration environments for client use cases.
• Deliver webinars and speaking engagements showcasing thought leadership.
