Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join our Midlands team in Nottingham. You will support across a range of complex, high-value programmes, working with clients in the public and private sectors and collaborating with supply chain partners to deliver robust commercial solutions.

You will bring experience across major programmes, contracts (NEC/JCT/FIDIC), and a client-facing approach, with a mindset to build lasting relationships and ensure value across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related commercial/construction discipline or equivalent experience.
• Member of or working towards RICS or equivalent body.
• Experience with NEC, JCT, FIDIC contracts and client advisory roles.
• Proven ability to work in a multidisciplinary, client-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Support clients on complex and high-value infrastructure programmes.
• Collaborate with supply chain partners to develop and deliver solutions.
• Utilise commercial, procurement and contract knowledge to maximise value.
• Develop relationships with major UK infrastructure clients and grow category.
