Job summary

AtkinsRéalis UK Limited is seeking a Managing Quantity Surveyor for our Midlands team, based in Nottingham. You will support major infrastructure programmes, working with clients in public and private sectors and coordinating with supply chain partners to maximise value.

You will apply NEC/JCT/FIDIC contract experience, lead teams, manage stakeholders, and contribute to bid and client relationship activities while promoting a collaborative, growth-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or related discipline or demonstrated equivalent knowledge.
• Member of RICS or equivalent recognised body.
• Experience with construction contracts such as NEC, JCT, FIDIC and ability to advise clients on their application.
• Experience of dispute avoidance, able to identify issues early and support timely resolution.

Responsibilities

• Work on a wide range of projects for complex and high-value programmes.
• Collaborate with clients and supply chain partners to develop and deliver solutions to complex problems.
• Provide commercial, procurement and supply chain advice to clients and team.
• Lead and develop teams with clear direction and track performance.
