Job summary

Balfour Beatty plc in Scotland is seeking a Digital Delivery Coordinator to support project information management and drive digital delivery across our teams. A full driving licence is required to support on-site coordination and travel across Scotland.

You will educate project teams and supply chain on the Project Information Model, while facilitating business processes with a range of digital tools to improve efficiency and reduce risk.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years construction industry experience.
• Strong understanding of RAMS, Permits, ITPs, QC checks and short-term planning.
• Knowledge of the UK BIM Framework, protocols and IM best practices.
• Working knowledge of project CDE environment.
• Demonstrable ability to use digital platforms and project data tools.

Responsibilities

• Support Information Managers to implement the project Information Management Plan and Employer Information Requirements.
• Educate project teams, clients and supply chain on the Project Information Model.
• Support teams to facilitate business processes using digital tools and tech.
• Handle processes including HSES access control, competency management, permits and controls.
• Support quality progressive assurance and progress reporting.
• Coordinate 3D site coordination meetings with internal and external partners.
• Demonstrate Balfour Beatty core behaviours and collaborate relentlessly.
