Job summary

Balfour Beatty plc is seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator for their Warrington team to deliver digital excellence across multi-utility infrastructure projects. The role focuses on BIM coordination, digital delivery, and ensuring models meet regulatory and client requirements.

You will support BIM workflows across design and delivery, contribute to BIM standards, and collaborate with engineers to maintain high-quality outputs. Strong communication and mentoring skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Foundational or higher degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of BIM coordination and utility design experience in Gas/Power/Water.
• Experience with ISO19650 and CDE platforms (ProjectWise, ACC/BIM360).

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage BIM models for utility projects.
• Ensure BIM models comply with standards and client expectations.
• Support BIM workflows and digital tools across design phases.
• Assist clash detection and resolve design conflicts.
• Maintain BIM standards, templates, and workflows.
• Collaborate with design team to align outputs with goals.
• Generate models, drawings, reports, and visualisations.
• Participate in coordination meetings and design reviews.
• Stay updated on industry trends and tools.
• Support BIM Manager and project delivery.
