Job summary

Balfour Beatty plc is seeking a Digital Delivery Assistant to join our growing Scottish team. The role supports projects across Scotland and requires a full UK driving licence.

You will assist with information management, digital platforms and project workflows, while contributing to health, safety and sustainability goals. The successful candidate will work across office and project environments, supporting onboarding, data checks and training sessions, with opportunities to improve efficiency

Qualifications

• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Organised, dependable and able to manage routine tasks and priorities.
• Careful and accurate when handling information, data and records.
• Willingness to travel across office and project environments.

Responsibilities

• Support the DDC and Information Management team in applying the project Information Management Plan and procedures.
• Assist users with the correct use of approved digital platforms and project workflows.
• Help coordinate onboarding, access and permissions for project systems.
• Support digital processes relating to health, safety, environment and sustainability, quality and progress reporting.
• Carry out basic data checks and escalate incomplete or inconsistent information.
• Capture meeting actions, maintain trackers and follow up with the DDC.
• Assist with training sessions and user guidance.
• Support site-based digital activities and data capture.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and quality and raise them with the DDC or DDM.
• Follow Balfour Beatty policies and information security expectations.
• Demonstrate BB behaviours and Zero Harm.
