It's a remote, flexible position with either full-time or part-time hours. Pay is £28.75–£30.75 per hour, with no policy rewriting; you will record before-and-after categories and ensure help navigation remains accessible to users.

Qualifications

• Able to read and follow topic classification guides.
• Identify the correct category for help articles.
• Record changes and maintain accurate navigation references.

Responsibilities

• Review articles and verify their main question against the guide.
• Apply or adjust labels to fit the approved taxonomy.
• Flag articles that span multiple topics for review.
• Ensure moved articles remain reachable via help navigation.
