Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Charge capture and coding accuracy for inpatient and outpatient encounters.
• Review charge capture documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Indicate ICD-10, CPT codes and modifiers on documents.
• Prepare daily charge capture documents per policies.
• Process coding edits and meet deadline targets.
• Monitor denial management and coordinate with staff.
• Support customer service questions and resolve issues.
