Monmouth Partners invites ACC-certified clinical coders to join a fast-expanding portfolio team delivering NHS and independent healthcare coding services across England.

This fully remote, full-time role supports professional development toward ACC qualification and offers exposure to varied coding projects.

Ideal candidates have two years’ NHS OPCS/ ICD-10 experience, ACC status or progress toward it within 12 months, and a collaborative mindset to thrive in a close-knit team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years practical clinical coding experience to NHS standards (OPCS and ICD-10).
• ACC status achieved or actively working toward within 12 months.
• Strong teamwork and awareness of current developments in clinical coding.

Responsibilities

• Clinical coding across NHS Trusts and independent hospitals per internal/external standards.
• Remote, full-time, permanent role with occasional London-based meetups and on-site opportunities if appropriate.
• Contribute to the Monmouth Coding Academy and related coding projects.
• Support towards ACC qualification and participate in QA programmes.
