Howden Life & Health is seeking ambitious and resilient individuals to join our Sales Team in a hybrid Cardiff-based role. You will engage warm leads, discuss protection needs, and build rapport while handling multiple systems and targets.

No prior sales experience is required as full training and ongoing support are provided. You’ll join an employee-owned, global insurance group with a strong focus on customer-centric service and career development.

Howden Life & Health is an award-winning specialist insurance broker, helping clients find the right protection insurance from a carefully selected panel of insurers. As part of our continued growth, we're looking for ambitious and resilient individuals to join our Sales Team.

No previous sales experience? No problem. We provide full training and ongoing support to help you build a successful career.

What You'll Be Doing

• Calling client led enquiries (warm leads) to discuss their protection needs.
