• Experience leading proposal development from inquiry to submission.
• Ability to craft proposals, statements of work and commercial docs to drive revenue.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams to meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end proposal development from client inquiry to award.
• Develop and manage proposals, SOWs, and commercial documentation.
• Lead cross-functional proposal teams (operations, quality, regulatory, finance, exec).
• Analyze RFP requirements, study designs, and client objectives to craft competitive offerings.
• Evaluate resources and scope to align with capabilities and business goals.
• Develop project budgets, pricing models, and cost estimates.
• Act as primary liaison for proposal communications with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Present strategies and recommendations to clients and leadership to win business.
• Drive timely completion of deliverables and maintain quality standards.
• Maintain knowledge of PCI services, regulatory requirements, and policies.
