Job summary

PCI Pharma Services is seeking a Business Development Associate I for a remote role with a preference for near Bridgend, enabling occasional on-site work around once a month. Qualifications

• Experience leading complex client proposals from inquiry through contract award.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple high-value opportunities.
• Strong communication and pricing/budgeting skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end proposal development for complex opportunities from inquiry to award.
• Develop and manage proposals, statements of work, and commercial documents.
• Lead cross-functional proposal teams including operations, quality, regulatory, finance and leadership.
• Analyse RFPs, study designs and client objectives to craft competitive offerings.
• Develop project budgets, pricing models and cost estimates balancing profitability and client expectations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for proposal communications with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Present strategies and commercial recommendations to clients and leadership.
• Drive accountability for timely proposal Deliverables and quality standards.
• Maintain knowledge of PCI services, regulatory requirements and corporate policies.
