Job summary

PCI Pharma Services is seeking a Remote Business Development Associate I to drive complex proposals from inquiry to contract award. You will coordinate across BD, Project Management, Operations, Finance and Leadership to shape opportunities, pricing and commercially viable solutions.

The role requires independent decision-making, strong project management, and the ability to influence stakeholders while managing multiple high-value opportunities. Occasional on-site days near Bridgend.

• Experience leading end-to-end proposal development.
• Ability to analyse RFP requirements and client objectives.
• Strong cross-functional coordination with operations, finance and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end proposal development from inquiry to contract award.
• Develop and manage proposals, statements of work, and commercial docs.
• Lead cross-functional teams to craft compliant client solutions.
• Present proposal strategies and commercial recommendations to clients and execs.
• Ensure timely delivery of proposal deliverables and quality checks.
