Job summary

DCV Technologies is seeking a Property Procurement Call Handler to join a housing solutions provider on a temporary basis for 3-6 months. The role is fully remote for candidates based anywhere in the UK and involves handling property procurement calls and emails, providing accurate information and support to the Procurement Team.

Applicants must have previous experience in a property or housing environment and hold a current Enhanced DBS certificate registered on the DBS Update Service.

Qualifications

• Experience in a property or housing environment.
• Current Enhanced DBS certificate registered on the DBS Update Service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong organisation and IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming property procurement calls and emails.
• Respond to enquiries from landlords and letting agents.
• Provide accurate information and support to the Procurement Team.
• Maintain records and build positive relationships with stakeholders.
• Ensure confidentiality and data protection requirements are followed.
