Job summary

DCV Technologies is seeking a Procurement Call Handler for a temporary 3-6 month assignment. The role is fully remote within the UK, paying £15 per hour, with standard 40-hour weeks from Monday to Friday.

You will be the first point of contact for landlords, agents and other stakeholders, handling calls and emails, providing accurate information, and supporting the Procurement Team. Strong communication, organisation and IT skills are essential to manage multiple priorities remotely.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, call handling, administration, property or procurement.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident and professional telephone manner.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Good IT and administration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote working environment.
• Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming property procurement calls and emails.
• Respond to new business enquiries from landlords and agents.
• Provide accurate information and ensure enquiries are dealt with promptly.
• Liaise with Procurement Officers and Property Administrators to keep customers updated.
• Support the wider Procurement Team with administration and day-to-day enquiries.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
• Build positive relationships with customers, colleagues and external stakeholders.
• Provide cover and support to other members of the Procurement Team when required.
• Ensure company policies, procedures, confidentiality and data protection requirements are followed.
