Job summary

FirstPort is seeking a Property Manager to cover a portfolio across Wales. You will provide exceptional customer service, chair meetings, and manage statutory compliance and health & safety with proactive problem-solving. The role reports to the regional manager and offers a varied, field-based portfolio.

You will travel between properties, maintain records, and use MS Office to administer finance and administration tasks. Excellent communicator with autonomous work style is essential.

Qualifications

• Passionate about excellent customer service and clear communication.
• Ability to chair meetings and present complex updates and financial information.
• Pragmatic, proactive problem solver with autonomy across multiple environments.
• Experience with health and safety records and regular checks.

Responsibilities

• As remote manager, autonomously manage your diary and visit properties regularly.
• Arrange and facilitate meetings with portfolio stakeholders and influence decisions.
• Manage expenditure and review service charge budgets for value for money.
• Coordinate with credit control for debt management and arrears collection.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety legislation as Responsible Person on-site.
• Conduct site inspections to meet portfolio KPI targets under Four Pillars strategy.
• Deliver timely major works and manage external contractors and contracts.
• Mobilise and manage new schemes brought into FirstPort management.
