Job summary

FirstPort is seeking a proactive Property Manager to oversee a portfolio in Oxford and lead up to 10 direct reports. This remote-capable role requires delivering exceptional service, coordinating meetings, managing budgets, and ensuring health and safety compliance across sites.

You will travel between properties and build relationships with landlords and residents to drive performance. Ideal candidates have strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills, able to chair complex

Qualifications

• Experience in property management or similar customer-facing role.
• Ability to chair meetings and present complex updates to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Visit properties regularly to manage portfolio with autonomy.
• Organise meetings with stakeholders and influence decisions.
• Manage budgets and service charges with attention to cash flow and value for money.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation, and keep accurate records.
• Liaise with debt collection and maintain on-site administration and finance records.
