FirstPort, Atlantis Estates part of FirstPort, is seeking a Property Manager to oversee a portfolio across West London and Reading. You will deliver proactive property management and customer service, ensuring a positive experience for landlords and residents while maintaining strong compliance and safety standards.

You will chair meetings, communicate clearly with stakeholders, manage budgets and service charges, and travel as needed.

• Proven track record in customer service or client-facing roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to chair and present meetings with diverse audiences.
• Proactive problem solver with the ability to work autonomously.
• IT savvy with competence in MS Office and finance records.

• Autonomously manage your diary and visit properties regularly.
• Arrange and facilitate meetings with portfolio stakeholders.
• Manage expenditure and budgets, ensuring value for money.
• Coordinate debt management with the credit control function.
• Ensure health and safety compliance across properties (Fire, Asbestos, Legionella).
• Conduct site inspections and drive KPI achievement under the Four Pillars strategy.
• Oversee major works and contractor performance; mobilise new schemes.
