Davies is seeking an experienced Property Loss Adjuster for a remote, nationwide role in the Midlands. You will manage domestic and commercial claims end-to-end, with a focus on accuracy, timely updates, and proactive file management.

You will work within a busy Claims Management team, handling varying caseloads, while complying with SLAs and ensuring audit-ready files. A diploma-level qualification and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High level of Property Loss Adjuster experience.
• Diploma level professional qualifications.
• Accuracy, attention to detail and an analytical approach.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to manage own workload in a fast-paced environment with peaks and troughs.
• Excellent time management to meet changing deadlines.
• 5 GCSEs A-C including Maths and English.
• Willingness to travel nationally with overnight stays.
• Prepare to work standby on rota and during busy times.

Responsabilités

• Manage a varied caseload of domestic and commercial property claims.
• Process invoices and approve estimates within 3 working days.
• Issue interim fees during the claim life cycle.
• Keep policy holders, clients and stakeholders updated at every touchpoint.
• Complete site notes templates and documentation within SLA.
• Ensure data accuracy in the claims platform at all times.
• Maintain management information with spreadsheets as needed.
• Proactively reduce elapsed timescales through proactive file management.
• Identify possible fraud and refer within SLAs.
• Ensure correct policy interpretation and validation.
• Prepare and approve client reports as required.
• Build strong relationships with Davies Group clients and staff.
