Job summary

Davies seeks an experienced Property Loss Adjuster for our Client Management team in Liverpool. You’ll manage a varied caseload of domestic and commercial claims from start to finish, delivering proactive and high-quality service to policyholders and stakeholders.

You will handle claims of varying complexity, support invoices and SLA targets, and contribute to accurate management information while operating in a fast-paced, remote-enabled Davies team.

Qualifications

• Strong background in domestic and commercial property loss claims.
• Qualified or working towards professional diplomas in loss adjusting.
• GCSEs include Maths and English (A-C) or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Own claims from start to finish with proactive file management.
• Process invoices and approve estimates within SLA timelines.
• Update policyholders and clients regularly on each touchpoint.
• Maintain accurate data in the claims platform and MI spreadsheets.
• Identify potential fraud and refer cases per SLAs.
• Ensure policy interpretation and reporting meet audit standards.
