Job summary

Ethos is hiring a program director to help train a language model on professional presentation tasks. You will manage cross-functional programs, define reporting cadences, and craft AI-generated presentations and decks across steering committee decks, status reports, risks, milestones, and exec summaries.

The role is fully remote with flexible 5–20 hours per week and an ASAP start, designed for experienced PMO leaders seeking impactful, scalable work.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in program management or PMO leadership at a significant company.
• Ownership of a steering committee or executive reporting cadence.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows.
• Lead cross-functional programs with a consistent reporting cadence.
• Produce steering committee decks, program status reports, risk exhibits, milestone reviews, executive one-pagers, and portfolio materials.
