Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced creative directors to help train AI models on professional presentation tasks. You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated decks across multiple workflows and deliver compelling visual storytelling for client and executive audiences.

The role is flexible, remote, with 5-20 hours per week, ASAP start, and requires a strong portfolio and expert PowerPoint skills.

Qualifications

• 6+ years as a creative director at a recognized agency or in-house studio.
• Portfolio of creative presentations that sold work to clients or executives.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks.
• Support core workflows: creative presentation decks, concept boards, campaign narratives, and design rationale slides.
• Deliver visuals and storytelling that resonate with clients and executives.
