Qualifications

• 5+ years in program management or PMO leadership at a significant company.
• Ownership of a steering committee or executive reporting cadence.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows (steering committee decks, program status reports, risk and dependency exhibits, milestone review presentations, executive escalation one-pagers, and portfolio reviews).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and high-quality reporting.
• Maintain and improve reporting cadence and deliverables for leadership and stakeholders.
