Job summary

Ethos is seeking senior program managers to help train a language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will own enterprise programs, PMOs, and cross-functional initiatives with direct charter ownership and reporting to executives.

The role is fully remote with flexible 5-20 hours per week, ASAP start, and requires 5+ years of experience managing complex programs and crafting precise documents and presentations for executive audiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years running enterprise programs, PMOs, or cross-functional implementation initiatives with direct ownership of program charters, raid logs, and steering committee reporting.
• Fluency building resource capacity planning spreadsheets and milestone tracking spreadsheets that hold up under executive and stakeholder scrutiny.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.
• Manage program charters, raid logs, and steering committee reporting for enterprise initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
