Job summary

Ethos is seeking an experienced FP&A manager/director to help train our latest language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. You will own budgeting, forecasting, and executive reporting for core workflows and build polished AI-generated decks.

This is a fully remote, part-time engagement, 5-20 hours per week with ASAP start. Compensation is $80 per hour. Candidates should have 5+ years in FP&A and expert PowerPoint craftsmanship.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in FP&A with ownership of executive reporting.
• Deep expertise in variance storytelling, financial exhibits, and business review materials.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own budgeting, forecasting, and executive reporting.
• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: monthly business review decks, budget and forecast presentations, variance analysis exhibits, board finance packages, long-range plan decks, and KPI dashboard slides.
