Zusammenfassung

Ethos is seeking experienced directors of program management to help train our latest language model on enterprise documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will own end-to-end governance of programs, including charters, RAID logs, and steering committee reporting, across flexible, remote engagements.

This fully remote role offers 5–20 hours per week with ASAP start, competitive $70/hour compensation, and a chance to shape AI-enabled professional workflows for a leading AI lab.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years running enterprise programs, PMOs, or cross-functional implementation initiatives with direct ownership of program charters, raid logs, and steering committee reporting
• Fluency building resource capacity planning spreadsheets and milestone tracking spreadsheets that hold up under executive and stakeholder scrutiny
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows
• Oversee program charters, raid logs, milestones, and steering committee reporting to executives
