Work involves creating, evaluating, and refining AI-generated presentations across workflows such as board decks, target screenings, synergy exhibits, and integration plans. Flexible 5-20 hours per week; ASAP start.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in corporate development or in-house M&A at a significant company.
• Experience producing board and executive committee materials for live transactions.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.
