Job summary

Anglian Water Group Ltd. is seeking an Ecosystem Development Co-ordinator to support the Strategic Pipeline Alliance’s procurement activities. You will help manage requisitions, raise SAP purchase orders, and ensure end-to-end purchase-to-pay governance for a major UK water infrastructure project.

The role requires strong data analysis, stakeholder engagement, and experience with SAP MM/SRM systems. You will work in a flexible hybrid setup, with office presence in Peterborough and remote work

Qualifications

• Knowledge of ERP systems and processes.
• Experience using data to drive business decisions.
• Knowledge of SAP MM and SRM data elements and access.
• Ability to influence internal stakeholders and originators.
• Capacity to handle high-volume workload and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support gate-keeping to ensure requisitions linked to a framework number and clear supplier-facing descriptions.
• Attach governance docs to PAL or NFP folders and maintain compliance.
• Convert requisitions to purchase orders per policy and service levels.
• Set up new vendor accounts and obtain required signoffs.
• Provide timely guidance on requisitions to ensure first-time success.
• Address invoice queries in line with dispute processes.
• Engage with the buy-to-pay community to improve processes.
• Support supplier information, order processing, and requisition status.
• Assist delivery teams with quotations and PAL purchase orders.
• Use reporting to monitor supplier performance and compliance.
