Qualifications
- Degree level education or equivalent with professional procurement qualification.
- Demonstrated CIPS membership or progression toward the standard.
- Experience leading procurement projects and teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic sourcing initiatives across major infrastructure programmes.
- Develop and manage a strategic procurement portfolio for value for money.
- Lead complex commercial negotiations and category plans.
- Engage stakeholders across internal and external teams to drive outcomes.
- Coach and develop a high-performing procurement team.
