Job summary

Apogee, an independent HP Inc. subsidiary, is seeking a Field Service Engineer to perform service visits and remote support for customers across the region.

You will diagnose faults, carry out repairs, install equipment and ensure machines operate to customer satisfaction. Experience with production printers and office equipment brands (Ricoh, Konica Minolta, Xerox, Sharp, Canon), strong IT networking skills, and a customer‑facing mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• :Experience fixing production printers and digital presses.
• Experience in the office equipment industry.
• Technical skills with strong electronic and mechanical background.
• Strong IT knowledge to network devices and set up scanning functions.
• Ability to provide first class customer service with prior customer-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests for repair of business equipment and production printers.
• Carry out fault diagnosis and repairs through adjustment, cleaning or spare parts replacement.
• Perform preventative maintenance per manufacturer guidelines and service management recommendations.
• Collaborate with colleagues to resolve new or unusual faults.
• Escalate calls promptly when needed.
• Inform customers on work performed and certify machine condition post-service.
• Install equipment sold by the company and verify performance.
