Job summary

Gearset is seeking a Principal DevOps Engineer to join our product-driven team. You will own and evolve our production infrastructure across regions, partnering with developers to ensure the application and infrastructure work in harmony while enabling rapid, safe releases multiple times per day.

You will strengthen security, build robust observability, and drive automation in a modern tech stack (Kubernetes, AWS, Terraform, .NET).

Qualifications

• In-depth experience with AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
• Proven ability to run production-grade SaaS infrastructure at scale.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and hosted multi-tenant SaaS.
• Strong security focus and incident response capability.
• Excellent collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Operate and evolve Gearset's multi-region infrastructure for scalability.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure harmony between app and infra.
