Job summary

Gearset Limited is seeking a Principal DevOps Engineer to lead our infrastructure as we scale a fast-growing SaaS product. You’ll work with a modern stack (Kubernetes, AWS, Terraform, .NET) to keep services scalable, secure, and reliable, while enabling rapid feature delivery.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth rollouts, fortify security, and drive observability and operational excellence across Gearset’s hosted solution.

Qualifications

• Practical AWS experience across VPC, IAM, EC2, RDS, S3, and EKS.
• Hands-on production Kubernetes management and cluster maintenance.
• Experience automating infrastructure with Terraform.
• Experience configuring and running CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience operating a hosted, multi-tenant SaaS at scale.
• Ability to give and receive constructive feedback; pragmatic, iterative work style.

• Collaborate with developers to ensure harmony between app and infra.
• Lead security initiatives to protect customer data.
