Job summary

Gearset Limited is seeking a Principal DevOps Engineer to join our engineering team. You will build and maintain scalable, secure infrastructure on AWS and Kubernetes, automate CI/CD pipelines, and help the product release flow with zero-downtime deployments across the globe.

You’ll collaborate with developers, designers, data engineers and sales to improve reliability, security and observability. This role offers high autonomy and the chance to shape our technical roadmap as the business grows.

Qualifications

• In-depth practical experience with AWS services (VPC, IAM, EC2, RDS, S3).
• Experience configuring and running CI/CD pipelines in NET/C# environments.
• Experience in agile development teams delivering value early.
• Experience building observability and alerting into systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain production infrastructure at scale on AWS across multiple regions.
• Design, implement and operate CI/CD pipelines with a focus on reliability and security.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, data engineers, marketers and sales to drive value.
• Improve security, monitoring and incident response capabilities.
