Job summary

Gearset Limited is seeking a Principal DevOps Engineer to own and evolve our global, multi-tenant infrastructure. You’ll work with a modern tech stack (Kubernetes, AWS, Terraform, .NET) to keep services scalable, secure, and highly available, while enabling rapid release cycles and product growth.

You’ll join a product-driven company founded by engineers, collaborating across teams to improve reliability and incident response, with autonomy over roadmap and practices.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience with AWS (VPC, IAM, EC2, RDS, S3, EKS).
• Experience running production services in Kubernetes and managing clusters.
• Automating infrastructure with Terraform and running CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience operating a hosted, multi-tenant SaaS product at scale.
• Strong collaboration and feedback culture to improve work.

Responsibilities

• Operate and evolve infrastructure to scale for a growing user base.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure application and infrastructure work in harmony and changes roll out safely.
• Lead security initiatives to fortify measures and protect customer data.
• Contribute to a collaborative, self-directed team with autonomy over its roadmap and practices.
• Support multi-region, multi-tenant Gearset infrastructure to enable rapid growth.
